Just a short note to say thank you for honest technicians at J.B. DLCO for fixing my car at a very reasonable rate. I am afraid some technicians would have replaced the whole transmission and I would not have known the difference. It is good to know there are a few people like you, who still have a good transmission shop run by good people who care about their fellow man. God bless J.B. DLCO Transmission and Auto Repair shop. I needed a Volvo transmission fluid flush and I found very few auto repair shops in the Detroit capable of doing the work. I found J.B. DLCO during an internet search and found them to be not only very capable but very reasonably priced. I highly recommend their automotive repair and service.

We can not thank J.B. DLCO enough for all the hard work put into my 1997 Town & Country van. We bought the van because I take care of my 3 grandchildren during the day. It started out as a small transmission problem but quickly escalated into a major problem. We had taken the van to the Chrysler dealership in Detroit and they were unable to to diagnose and fix the problem with our transmission. We chose J.B. DLCO because our son met Mr Prior working with the youth in greater Detroit community. He said Mr Prior is one of the nicest people you will meet and if anyone can fix your transmission problem he can and will. Thanks to your hard work and not giving up on it. As I am sure you know, writing a check in excess of $2400 is NEVER entirely pleasurable whether it is written for pleasure, goods or -- as this case would have it -- services. However, I can say without question that my $2400 bought me personal and professional service I have rarely seen. Further, being a car nut, I thoroughly enjoyed the unofficial test ride in your personal vehicle, the only supercharged Chevrolet Pickup I am aware of. Your attitude, along with your ironclad warranty service, allows me to have full confidence in the work Multistate Transmission - JBDLCO - Warren, MI has performed on my car. While it is my expressed intention to keep in contact with you and your crew as personal friends, it is my belief that I will not be requiring your transmission services on my Isuzu for quite some time.

Great Job, Great Service! Job was done right and quickly! Based upon recommendations from friends, I had my wife's van that was having a transmission problem towed down to J.B. DLCO Transmission and Auto Repair just north of Detroit. It was the Friday before Christmas and we were worried that we were going to be without our family vehicle during the Christmas holiday season. I spoke with Jeff and he assured me that they would look at the vehicle right away and fix it quickly. They took a look the van and found out that it needed a transmission rebuild (some of the gears had basically disintegrated inside, and there was metal everywhere). He said do not worry we have a mechanic ready to rebuild the transmission. Just the next day I got a call and they told me I could come and pick it up the vehicle. I asked what the total transmission repair cost was and it was less than what I was quoted! One month later and everything works great and I am happy as heck! I also love the fact that their ATRA transmission warranty is good across the country. I would highly recommend J.B. DLCO to anyone in the greater Detroit area in need of transmission repair service . They have all the bases covered, courtesy, knowledge, speed and price. I could not have asked for a better experience!
