I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the quality work that your technician did while we were on vacation. My daughter, Erica, was quite pleased with the performance of her 1986 Chrysler LeBaron with 112,000 miles on it. She said it is tighter than it has ever been since she bought it! You know how a teenager will be treated by auto mechanics - so many auto repair shops seem to be out just to make a buck at the expense of customer satisfaction.
