During this unnerving time, we’d like to reassure everyone that providing a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers is our top priority here at Multistate Transmissions and our family of brands. We are continuing to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and are following the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. At this time, if customers do not wish to come into our location we are offering our customers within a 10 mile radius free vehicle pick up and drop off until the end of May. This applies to any vehicle in need of repair and will be done on a case by case basis. We will communicate what we are doing to your vehicle and what is needed through text messaging and/or phone calls, whichever method our customers prefer. We will continue to perform regular transmission maintenance, clutch, drivetrain, transmission repairs, and free towing on all major repairs. All of our technicians are also taking all the necessary precautions during this sensitive time. Multistate Transmissions continues to monitor developments, make necessary adjustments, and do our part to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
