President
Jeff was born and raised in Saint Clair, Michigan. His parents, John and Beatrice, began a locally owned and operated business providing top quality transmission repair. Jeff began as a swamper (sweeping floors and cleaning up) in 1970s. In the transmission industry for more than 45 years, Jeff is very proud to be part of what has become one of the largest and most reputable transmission businesses in the Detroit Metro Area.

Rick joined our team in 2013. He grew up in the Metro Detroit Area. He is married and resides in Roseville. In his spare time, when he is not helping people with transmission and driveline repair, he enjoys golfing, bowling and spending time with family and friends.
Rob Willis
Rebuilder
Rob has attended an Automotive Trade School. He has been working on transmissions since 1983. He has a strong employment history and has been with J.B. DLCO for 37 years as the head transmission builder. In his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with his family and his Saturday date nights with his wife.
